Q. Do I need special cookware for my Western Premium™ Induction cooktop?
A. Magnetic cookware must be used with any induction cooking system, including the Western Premium™ Induction Downdraft Cooktop.  Many cookware manufacturers design products specifically for use with induction cooking. Check with your existing cookware’s manufacturer for compatibility.
Western Premium™ does NOT currently endorse any cookware brands or manufacturer.
Western Premium™ DOES recommend that the consumer select cookware that is compatible with ceramic glass cooking surfaces.
Q. Where can I buy a Western Premium™ product?
A.  Western Premium™ products are available exclusively on-line through The Official Western Premium™ Store.
Q. Where can I get my Western Premium™ product serviced?
A. Contact Customer Service at 1 (920) 261-0660 for any questions about service for your Western Premium™ product.
Q. How long will it take for my Western Premium™ product to be delivered?
A. Shipping times are dependent upon your location in the United States, the exact order date, and the freight carrier schedule.  An estimated delivery date and carrier information will be provided by Customer Service at the time of your order.

Q. Does Western Premium™ do installations?
A. Western Premium™ does not perform installations.  A list of reputable, licensed electrical or HVAC contractors in your area may be available from the Better Business Bureau, or your local chamber of commerce.  Any contractor or installer should be licensed and bonded, well versed in local or state building codes, familiar with current industry standards, and should provide a written, binding estimate up front.

Western Premium™ does NOT recommend that any of its products be installed by anyone other than a fully licensed and bonded contractor.
Q. Do I need an electrical contractor or licensed appliance installer?
A. The employ of a licensed electrical contractor or other professional installer may be required to install your Western Premium™ product.  Full details are available in the Installation and Operation manual for each product.

Q. My Western Premium™ product arrived damaged. What do I do?
A. First, record any shipping damage with the delivering carrier before accepting the delivery.  If possible, take pictures of the damage.  Second, call Customer Service as soon as possible at 1 (414) 216-3150 to report any shipping damage, including date and time of delivery, and the nature of the damage.
Q. Does Western Premium™ sell replacement parts?
A. All Western Premium™ feature a one year limited warranty from data of purchase.  If you have any question or concerns about your Western Premium™ product, including replacement parts or service, please call Customer Service at 1 (414) 216-3150.
Q. I have an idea for a new product. Will Western Premium™ make it?
A. Western Premium™ does not accept any unsolicited submissions for product ideas from the general public.
